Radius Sanding Blocks are essential tools for creating an accurate radius on a fingerboard, accurate fret levelling and sanding the top profiles of nuts and saddles. They are designed to be used with either self-adhesive sandpaper or with double-sided tape to stick sandpaper of your choice. They have a concave curve on both sides so that you get two radius sanding blocks in one. Our Radius Sanding Blocks are made from stable and durable jarrah and are CNC-machined to ensure accuracy.
The Blocks are available in two lengths: 200mm and 400mm. The 200mm lengths are suitable for most applications. The 400mm lengths are suitable for sanding the full fingerboard length.

You can quickly determine the radius of your fingerboard with our Radius Gauges. Radius gauges are useful for periodically checking your progress as you sand, shape and smooth out your fingerboard.
