Please note that I have, for now, suspended making guitar building tools/moulds/templates/etc. for sale to the public. This is due to current cost and supply issues of materials as well as increase of guitar orders. Therefore, I will be returning the focus of the business on guitar design and making (although I will continue with special projects that I have started with long term clients).
A part of the manufacturing process of Siragusa Guitars includes the use of CNC and Laser machines. These are used to create some of the components of our instruments and for producing our mould, templates and tools. We have also used these machines to produce other items such as moulds and jigs for other guitar builders, and even signage for our own business.
We are offering machining services for those wanting to accurately make one-off items from wood or acrylic. We also offer mentoring services for those wanting to learn how to use these machines and associated software for instrument building.
