Moulds & Jigs

Our guitar making moulds and jigs are made with our CNC machine for consistency and accuracy. They are designed to work with our acrylic templates – Click here.

The guitar moulds are made from three layers of 18mm marine grade plywood, make for a total thickness of 54mm. The multiple plus in marine grade plywood make these moulds very strong and durable.

The binding holding jigs are made from MDF material. They are designed to hold wooden bindings until they are ready to be install on the guitar body. Many builders will bend the wooden bindings at the same time they bend the sides for the acoustic guitar they are building. This jig provides a safe place to keep the bindings while holding them in the shape of the guitar that they will be installed on.
